We got our first order on Friday. The Sheesham bookcase is stunning. Top-notch quality. It's a really sturdy piece. The natural markings are gorgeous. Most importantly, the customer service was AMAZING. Big shoutout to Tahira for her great communication. Highly recommend this place!

I gotta say, the bookcase I got is just beautiful. It's a real nice piece of furniture. Plus, the delivery was smooth sailing.

I recently bought some dining chairs, and let me tell you, the ad was a bit of a letdown. The title read 'Sheesham High Back Slat Dining Chairs,' and I noticed the word 'Chairs' was in plural. But the picture showed just a pair of chairs. The description even said, 'This pair of handcrafted chairs,' which again points to 'two chairs.' The price was listed as £88. Nowhere did it mention 'each.' I thought I was ordering two packs of two chairs, thinking I’d get four in total. So, I ended up paying £176 plus delivery. When the delivery came, I found just one box with two chairs, not the four I was expecting. I reached out to the company, thinking there was a mix-up, but they told me the price was only for one chair. I pointed out the misleading wording and the image that suggested they were sold in pairs, but they didn’t apologize for the confusion. They just offered to pick up the two chairs and refund me. I really love these chairs; they’re quite beautiful. I don’t want to send them back, but I’d much rather have the full set that the ad led me to think I was buying. Being retired and on a tight budget, I can’t afford to order another two chairs. Best, Carol

This stunning rosewood furniture is just what we needed. The price was right, and they set up the delivery just like they said they would, even giving us a heads-up half an hour before they showed up. It was packed really well to avoid any damage, but not overdone like some places do! Totally satisfied!

I got myself a country pine dressing table set. The courier was super helpful; they even called to check if it was cool to deliver on a specific date instead of just sending an email. The set showed up in great shape. It's a tad darker than I thought it would be, and the assembly instructions could've been clearer, but honestly, it wasn't too tricky to figure out. Overall, I'm really pleased with my choice.

I got myself a TV stand along with some awesome tables. The service was super quick and on point. The furniture looks fantastic! My friends and family have all given really good feedback!!

The delivery from the courier was lacking, the items didn’t show up when they promised, we hung around for two whole days! Upon taking a closer look, the quality of the lamp table is pretty subpar; the shelf is just a poorly veneered piece of chipboard, which isn’t what I was hoping for. Some edges are rough, and a few of the plastic feet aren’t even attached properly. I’m thankful I snagged these tables on sale, 'cause I would’ve been even more bummed if I had paid full price!!!

We were really anxious about when our beds would finally show up. Their communication could use some work, but once they arrived, we were absolutely thrilled. The quality of the beds was beyond what we had hoped for.

I gotta say, the customer service here is fantastic. "Ash" and "Taz" really went above and beyond to assist me with my order. There was a little bump in the road with the furniture delivery, but I got several follow-up calls from both of them. They sorted everything out in no time, and my delivery came through. I’d absolutely shop here again for furniture. Huge shoutout to "Ash" and "Taz"!

This is my second time buying from Lifestyle Furniture, and once again, I’ve got nothing but good things to share. The furniture matches the pictures on the site and is top-notch. The service and delivery were outstanding. I ordered, paid, and got everything in just four days.

This furniture is quite stylish and solidly built. It arrived right on schedule. The only issue was that the bedside cabinets were delivered in two separate trips, just an hour apart. Seemed like a bit of a waste of fuel and the delivery drivers' time. Other than that, the service was fantastic.

Shopping here was a breeze. The items are fantastic, and we discovered exactly what we were looking for at an amazing price. The delivery showed up right on schedule and was in perfect shape. We'll definitely be coming back to this company.
